Insurance
The Meeting Organisers cannot accept liability for personal accidents or loss of/damage to private property of participants and accompanying persons. Participants are advised to take out their own travel and health insurance for their trip at the time of registering.

Transport and parking
Delegates should make their own travel arrangements. There is no parking available to delegates at the venue. If you are coming by car it would be best to use one of the city's Park & Ride facilities http://www.parkandride.net/oxford/html/oxford_parkandride.html. You can pay to park for a maximum of 72 hours. Parking in the city centre is limited, for short periods only, and expensive.

For local taxis we recommend 001 Cars (01865 24000) and Royal Cars (01865 777333).

Airport transfers
There are very good bus links from Heathrow (departing every 20 minutes) and Gatwick (departing hourly) airports to Oxford and return.
www.airline.oxfordbus.co.uk/

Journey times from Heathrow are approximately 1.5 hours and from Gatwick 2.5 hours but allow more time if traveling during rush hour.

There is also a good train link directly between Oxford Station and Birmingham International Airport. It takes about 1 hour. More info and tickets at thetrainline.com/.

Dress code
Casual and informal for the entire meeting including dinner.

Weather
The weather in Oxford at the end of June is variable. The average daytime temperature is c. 20°C but it's always a good idea to bring an umbrella!
