Transport and parking
Delegates are expected to make their own travel arrangements. There is no parking available to delegates at either venue. Oxford city operates a park and ride scheme for visitors from outside the area, two of which you can park at for up to 72 hours, charges apply. There is also parking in the city centre operated by Oxford City Council although this is very expensive.
There are very good bus links from Heathrow (departing every 20 minutes) and Gatwick (departing hourly) airports to Oxford and return.
Journey times from Heathrow are approximately 1.5 hours and from Gatwick 2.5 hours but allow more time if traveling during rush hour traffic times. The bus station is a 10 minute walk from the conference venue.
During the entire meeting attire will be casual and informal.
The weather in Oxford at the end of June is variable. The average daytime temperature is approximately 20°C.
